1. Who we are

OCU (Odoo Community Upgrade) is operated by Winotto OU, a company registered in Estonia (registry code 16823554). Servers are in Finland (EU). Contact: info@winotto.com.

2. What the service does

OCU migrates Odoo Community Edition databases between versions (16 through 19). You upload a database backup, we process the upgrade, and you download the result. Uploaded files are deleted immediately after the migration runs. Result files are automatically deleted after 72 hours.

You must have the legal right to upload the database backups you submit.
If your databases contain personal data, you are the data controller.
Always keep your own backup. We are not a storage service.

5. Testing vs. production migrations

Testing migrations are free and unlimited. Production migrations consume one credit per migration. Credits are only consumed when a production migration completes successfully.

6. Credits

Non-refundable. All credit purchases are final.
No expiration. Credits remain on your account indefinitely.
Non-transferable. Credits are tied to the purchasing account.
Forfeited on termination.

7. Payments

Processed by Stripe. Current prices displayed at time of purchase. All prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

8. Service availability and limitations

The service is provided "as is." Liability is limited to the amount paid for credits in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Data processing (DPA)

You are the data controller. Winotto OU is the data processor. We process the database solely to perform the version upgrade. All processing occurs on servers in Finland (EU).

10. Termination

You can delete your account at any time. Unused credits are forfeited upon termination.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
